Refund & Returns Policy

At Lutton Premdar, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@luttonpremdar.com or call +27 12 345 6789
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided

Important: Do not return items without first obtaining an RA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns (South Africa): We offer complimentary return shipping via our designated carrier. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  • Lutton Premdar is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Items will be inspected within 5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., item does not meet eligibility criteria), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or discuss alternatives

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval
  • The refunded amount includes the purchase price and original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item following the standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the defect or error
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by Lutton Premdar

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing delays may occur)
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at returns@luttonpremdar.com

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not refuse the delivery
  • Accept the package and note the damage with the carrier
  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and contents
  • Contact us immediately at support@luttonpremdar.com

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit:

  • Can be used for future purchases on our website
  • Does not expire
  • Is non-transferable

12. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. These items are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
